To be a tenant of ours we expect and are clear about behaviours:
- We only want to have tenants that are responsible about paying their rent, consistently, on time and in cases where tenants are reliant solely on benefits, communication. Should there be an issue or delay at any point we expect to be contacted immediately and the problem discussed.
- We only want to have tenants that treat our properties with respect. Although the property may not belong to you it is your home and should be looked after as such.
- We only want to have tenants that are good neighbours and don’t cause trouble or antisocial behaviour and disturb other people. Should we get reports of noise or nuisance behaviour by tenants or their guests we treat this very seriously and if necessary will terminate a tenancy for this behaviour.
