WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR landlords?
To be a client of ours we expect and are clear about your responsibilities.
We only want clients who will respect that although they may be renting as a business the people they are renting to are affected by their landlords greatly and therefore are treated as you yourself would want to be treated.
We expect our clients will have the appropriate landlord insurance and will supply us copies of this.
It is essential that you as a landlord provide properties that are fully compliant with regulation in terms of Gas Safe Inspections, Electrical testing and all duties that are held as landlord.
